• Billing references returned by our payment provider. We do not store card details.

We share information with service providers that host our platform, process payments and provide AI model processing, strictly to operate the service. Your institution's administrators can see your account status and usage within their organisation. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your account data while your account is active, and content such as chats and reports until you or your administrator deletes it, unless a longer period is required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Some data may be retained where we have a legal obligation to do so.
